The Guest Pass allows subscription plan holders to grant access to the Secure Chat platform to non-subscription holders so that you can communicate with them. It might be a short term project or other collaboration where you need a secure platform to exchange information, or it could be on a more regular basis for key health care provider partners.
Managing your Guest Passes is easy, just start with opening up the Manage Team link under your Account Links at the top right:
On the Manage Team page, you'll see a panel where you can manage your guest passes:
From this panel, you can "Add Users" which will search for Traversity users by their First and Last Names, or their Username. You may know someone through the Community and would like to establish a more secure channel for communication to share patient or other sensitive information.
If you'd like to invite someone who isn't a Traversity member already, just use the lower part of the panel to add an email address where we can send a specially coded link to them. Enter 1 or more email addresses and then click "Invite Users" and we'll do the rest. They'll get an email similar to the one below which contains a magic link that will allow them to register and claim your invitation.
When you have finished working with the person you have given the guest pass to, just return to this manage page and then click on Actions and then Remove User. This will revoke the Guest Pass and return it to your pool of Guest Passes available to allocate to other people.
