To take part in the community, or to access the subscription features of Traversity, you must first sign up. During this process we collect some personal details such as your name and email address so that we can authenticate who you are.
Here are the steps:
Click on the Sign up Now button at the top of this page, or on the footer:
You will then be taken to the Sign Up page
You can choose from a number of login providers such as Facebook or Google. If you select to use one of these options, you will be redirected to their login service which you can enter your authentication details for you existing account. Once you have authenticated you will be returned to our login flow which will ask you to enter your First and Last names, as well as choosing a Username.
If you would prefer to not use a login provider, you can create a Traversity Account. Once you select that option you will be presented a form similar to this one. Just enter your email address and click "Send Code"
We will send a code to the email address you've entered:
Copy this code to the Verification Code input field on the sign up page:
Once verified, your email address will be locked as read-only. This is shown by the background to the input field as shaded:
Now choose a strong password. Our password rules require a password at least 8 characters long that contains some lower and uppercase characters, numbers and special characters.
Fill out your Given Name (first name) and Surname (last name). We ask for your names so that we can use this to help verify your identity to access clinician forums.
Choose a Username. This is the name that other people in Traversity will use to address you. We protect your email address and other contact details.
The completed form should look similar to this:
Click Create to create your Traversity account. You'll then be taken to your Account Management page where you can configure other details.
