Some frequently asked questions about our subscriptions:
What is a Traversity Subscription?
A Traversity Subscription is paid service which we provide to you that delivers a set of features and functionality according to the subscription level. There are different subscription levels which have access to different types of features. There are also different subscription types depending on if you are an individual or a member of a team where you'd like to combine payment to a single invoice.
What are the subscription levels?
As we are still in very early stages of development, we are only offering the following subscription levels: Professional and Business.
What is the difference between Professional and Business subscription types?
The Business subscription includes additional functionality that is more useful for people working as a team. The core features of Secure Chat and Video Calling are the same between the two levels of subscription.
Is there a trial period?
Yes! All subscriptions have a 30-day trial period. This means you are able to use your selected subscription level without charge for 30 days to evaluate our service to see if it is right for you.
What if I cancel my subscription during the trial period?
Cancelling your subscription during the trial period will revoke any access you have to Traversity features as part of the subscription.
What happens at the end of the trial?
After 30 days your subscription will become "active" and we will attempt to charge your payment card. If payment is successful you will receive and invoice. If the payment fails we will get in touch with you to sort it out.
What happens if I cancel my subscription after it becomes active?
If you are unhappy with our service please get in touch so that we can better understand where we went wrong. Cancelling your subscription will immediately revoke any access you have to subscription features and your payment card will no longer be billed. We will also refund your last payment.
