Professional Plan
This plan is for the independent practitioner who is often interacting with multiple organisations in the delivery of their services. We have focused on providing simple yet effective tools to enable collaboration safely and securely that doesn't require everyone to be face-to-face. Even with video conferencing become more normalised, the time taken to do scheduling and the time taken by each call still adds up.
We also plan to provide access to features normally only provided to people who work for large organisations, such as access to MyHealthRecord and Secure Messaging.
Business Plan
Building on the features of the Professional plan, the Business plan offers more capability to manage a team. There are higher limits of simultaneous video conferencing and more guest passes to use, in addition to more complex tools such as the Case Workflow.
